Exceptionally large/heavy items, such as a Large Dog Bed, special order item, or some Backordered items, may require an additional Handling Charge as noted on each product page.

Domestic Shipping

Amour Pet strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 2 - 3 working days. Allow about 5-7 business days for delivery. For delivery to PO Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, allow three weeks for delivery. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages. Our primary carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS). Please review our shipping policies and methods, and plan your purchases accordingly. For any special requirement, please contact our Customer Service. We work hard to ensure your order is shipped promptly and you receive your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Procedures

Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds cannot be issued for merchandise lost or damaged during shipping, unless shipping insurance is purchased.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking Order Status link on the top of the site.

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
