Return and Exchange

We pride ourselves on carrying high quality products and expect that you will be pleased with your purchase. Amour Pet gladly accepts the returned package within 30 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase and have a great shopping experience with us. Email us anytime with concerns or questions and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Some items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized merchandise
  • All international orders including Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands
  • Gift certificates
  • All Sales/Special Items
  • Pet Treats

PERIOD
All returns and exchanges must be received by Amour Pet within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order, we will get a new product or any missing parts sent out to you immediately. 

CONDITION
The item must be in new re-sellable condition and must be free of all hair, dirt, stains, soil or discoloration. In addition, if the item arrived with packaging, documentation, parts or accessories, they too must be included in the return and must be in new condition. The item must be unused with all packaging intact for full refund. We will not be able to process your return if your return is not in new condition. You will be notified that the package cannot be accepted. 

FEES
Opened Products: Our vendors only refund the products in their new and unused condition. Only items in NEW and UNUSED items with tag still attached may be returned. If your order qualified for Free Shipping, you may return new, unopened items with original packaging and tags for a full refund minus any restocking fees and our cost of shipping your order. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. A 10% ~ 25% re-stocking fee is applied from our vendors. 
The customer is responsible for return shipping to our store. These products will no longer be eligible to be sold as new to our customers and usually are donated.

Refused / Return To Sender:
If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges:
Shipping Fees: Our free shipping is offered free of charge. Standard Shipping and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds:
It can take up to 2 weeks or more for us to receive your returned package. As soon as we received your package, we will notify you via e-mail. You will be promptly issued a refund, store credit in some cases, or we will ship out your exchange or replacement. If you have not received a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning your product. If you ship these items to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery.

Please contact us first when returning a product. Package received without authorization will be returned to sender. Please include a note with the following information in your return package: 1) Return/exchange #, 2) name, 3) return address, and 4) daytime phone number. 5) List Item(s) for credit or exchange. 6) Reasons for return. At this time the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Package already shipped CANNOT be cancelled. 

Items that are refused shipment or if the item is unable to be delivered due to an error in the address provided, a credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges.

Pet Damage: Amour Pet cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your destructive dog or cat. Most of our products are very durable but not indestructible. Before ordering, choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your dog or cat. 

Puppy/Kitten Outgrow: Both the puppies and kittens grow fast. You buy a dogbed, carrier or clothes that fits him as a small puppy, as our little dogs grow they will outgrow their pup starter beds, carriers, clothes, etc. Please double check the measurement and think through before purchasing the items for your puppy or kitten.
